Project Description
In the 1st phase of construction is realized ensuring of construction pit, which will be used for construction of polyfunctional and residential complex LUKA II, including stabilization using large diameter piles. Project in this phase includes even building of water conduit, sewage system, caliduct and relocation of existing sewerage and rainwater drainage system.
Armature shaft AŠ1 with weight 40 tons was inclined due to settlement effects about 10 cm from vertical line. Aim of LKM construction group activities was compensation of inclination using hydraulic equipment in combination with temporary TRECOL SYSTEM supports, which were active during intensification of foundation (after successful sanitation were temporary supports released).
