Project Description

The subject of the detailed documentation are two pipeline suspension bridges: Krivonoska (SO 389/31), Hluboka nad Vltavou 1 (SO 389/32) and trust superstructure Hluboka nad Vltavou 2 (SO 389/33). Suspension bridges transfer a pair of hot-water pipelines above quag and swamp (pond and Munic stream). Pipelines are on the route from powerplant Temelin and city Ceske Budejovice.

The superstructure of bridges with a span of 110,0 m are supported by the pair of V-shaped pylons. Suspension cables are anchored at the anchor blocks and at the top of the pylons, suspenion cable is thus divided into 3 separate parts - parabolic cable in main span and two backstay cables in back spans. Bridge is founded on the micro-pile footing (drilled micropiles).

Bridge deck in longitudinal direction of the bridge is in constant radius of R = 930. Vertical stays  (Macalloy) with variable length are extend radialy to bridge deck. Steel bridge deck is horizontal truss, it composes of: longitudinal beams (steel pipes TR KR 139,7 x 12,5), crossbeams HEA200 (to which are pipelines and inspection bridge connected) and wind bracing (steel pipes TR KR 101,6x5). Bracing of the bridge deck in the horizontal plane is ensured with pair of prestressing cables (12 strands), which are placed in HDPE in longitudinal steel beams and anchored between anchor blocks, after stressing, cables are grouted.
