Project Description
Subject of this order is independent checking of the cantilever forming traveller developed by DYWIDAG company. This equipment is used for concreting of bridge „Markov“ superstructure using free cantilever method.
Total cantilever length is 94,0 m. Cantilevers are designed as unbalanced – on one side are 9 cast-in place segments and on the opposite side are only 8 cast-in-place segments. Segment lengths are from 4,5 m (first two segments, weigth of first segment is about 200 tons) to 5,0 m (rest of the cantilever). Length of the pier starting segment is 11,0 m. Box girder with variable wall and bottom slab thickness is tapered in longitudinal direction.
End spans of the bridge are constructed using falsework developed by PERI. For this falsework LKM Consult provided independent checking too.
